Leonide "Leo" Levesque
December 28, 1945 - October 30, 2006
Leonide Leo Levesque, 60, of Bristol, formerly of New Britain, husband of Debra Thibeault Levesque, died unexpectedly, Monday October 30, 2006 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain. Born in Clair, New Brunswick, Canada on December 28, 1945, he was son of the late Alberie and Regina Boucher Levesque. For the past 17 years, he worked for Ford Storage/J&S Development. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Leo was always there to lend a helping hand. He was a member of St. Jean Baptist Society in New Britain. Beside his wife Debra, he leaves three sons, Keith Levesque and his wife Maureen of New Britain; Gilman Madore and his wife Shannon of Bristol; Andrew Madore and his wife Colleen of Burlington; a daughter, Nancy Caron and her husband Larry of Bristol; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Kendra, Amber, Trevor, Emily, Hannah, and Allison; three brothers, Conrad Levesque of New York; Gerard Reno Levesque of Plainville; and Rocky Levesque of West Hartford; six sisters, Marie Plourde of Newington; Ida Michaud of Watertown; Emma Lang of Terryville; Rachel Albert and Joan Albert of Canada; and Grita Belanger of Maine; a brother-in-law, Nelson Thibeault of Bristol; two sisters-in-law, Helen Levesque of Plainville and Nannette Baker of Mass; along with many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by three brothers, Gill, Jean-Guy and Edgar Levesque, and a sister, Doris Pinette. Funeral services are Thursday 10 AM at Carlson Funeral Home, 45 Franklin Square, New Britain. Calling hours are Wednesday TODAY 5 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home and Thursday morning from 9 AM until the time of the service.
