William "Bill" Pfeiffenberger III
August 15, 1945 - May 16, 2022
William H. “Bill” Pfeiffenberger III, 76, of New Britain, passed away Monday (May 16, 2022) at his home. A New Britain native and longtime resident, he was also a former Harwinton resident and was son of the late William Pfeiffenberger Jr. and Veronica (Ammon) Pfeiffenberger. A graduate of New Britain High School, he attended the University of CT. Bill was former co-owner of Suburban Cycle in Kensington. Surviving is a cousin, Jane Whiting of Meriden. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Deborah Pfeiffenberger; as well as an uncle and aunt, Francis “Frank Pfeiffenberg and his wife Thelma. A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday (June 7) 11 AM in Section 38 of Fairview Cemetery, New Britain. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Britain Youth Museum and Hungerford Nature Center, 30 High Street, New Britain, CT 06051.
